The Food You Eat Could Be Effecting Your Health

"Scientists estimate that approximately 20 million Americans suffer from food allergies. A food allergy or sensitivity is an immune system response to a food that the body mistakenly believes is harmful. Once the immune system decides that a particular food is harmful, it creates specific antibodies to it."

Unlike a Food Allergy which happens immediately… A Food Sensitivity builds over time…

If You Are Experiencing Any Of The Following :

 Weight Gain and Obesity

Depression

Constipation

Wheezing

  Difficulty Breathing

 ADD/ADHD

  Hives/Eczema

  Headaches/Migraine

Sinusitis

 Fatigue

 Mood swings

 Anxiety

 Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

Recurrent ear infections

  Gas/Bloating

  Eczema and other skin disorders

Arthritis/Aching Joints

  Fibromyalgia

  Asthma/Respiratory problems

Two major types of food reactions involve antibody production in your body:

Immediate Reactions to Foods

Classic allergic reactions occur within 3 hours after eating. They are
usually caused by high IgE antibody blood levels that produce an
immediate allergic response.

This allergic reaction may appear as a rash
after eating foods like strawberries or crabmeat. The potentially fatal
but very rare “anaphylactic” reaction after eating foods like peanuts or
shellfish is another example of an “IgE” reaction.

AND

Delayed Reactions to Foods

These reactions are much more difficult to notice since they can occur
hours or days after consumption of an offending food. Yet, this “delayed”
type of reaction is far more common than the immediate IgE type.

In some cases, you may eat a food for several days before developing a
reaction to it, so you may not realize the link between the food and
your symptoms.

These delayed reactions to food are often referred to as
“hidden” food sensitivities. They are caused by increased IgG antibody
blood levels in reaction to specific foods. Often, the offending foods are
hard to avoid and frequently eaten, such as milk, corn, and wheat.

 Detoxification

is the most exciting tool in natural medicine for its simplicity, low cost and superior therapeutic results. It's only when our detox mechanisms become overloaded that the process becomes less efficient and symptoms may occur.

Toxins may be internal or external in origin. Pollution or pesticides in our food source put undue stress on our detox organs, the kidneys and liver. Improper digestion and imbalanced gut ecology provide internal forms of toxins in the way of metabolic by-products stemming from certain bacteria which have toxic side effects and therefore impact negatively on overall health by comprimising detox pathways.

It has been suggested that toxic overload contributes to more serious conditions such as autoimmune diseases, inflammatory/rheumatoid arthritis and neurological disorders such as Alzheimers's and Parkinson's.

Symptoms which may be relieved by following a detox program include:

Digestive problems    Irritability        Bad breath     Fatigue    General malaise     Constipation    Headaches

Itchy Skin                Skin rashes      Joint pain       Weight Loss Resisitance        Poor Concentration

What a carefully planned detoxification system can offer you:

Anti-aging effects        Increased Productivity     Weight Loss      Clearer skin and eyes

Reduction of allergic symptoms           Greater motivation and creativity

Mental Detoxification

The cleansing of our mind of negative thoughts and patterns, is essential to health and physical detoxification and can aid in this process. Emotionally, detoxification helps us uncover and express hidden frustrations, anger, resentments and fear and replace them with forgiveness, love , joy and hope.
